My Approach to Therapy

 

I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy that honors each person’s unique journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, or life transitions, our work together is grounded in trust, compassion, and evidence-based strategies.

You can choose the format that fits your lifestyle and comfort:

  • In-Person Sessions in a calm, supportive setting

  • Beach Walk-and-Talk Therapy to integrate movement, nature, and reflection

  • Telehealth Appointments for flexible, secure care from the comfort of your space

For in-person and beach walk-and-talk sessions, I’ll meet you in the building lobby at the start of our appointment. For beach sessions, we’ll use the crosswalk together to access the beach safely. If the Florida weather doesn’t cooperate, we can always rotate our approach and move our session indoors.

I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and a commitment to small, meaningful changes. Together, we’ll explore what wellness looks like for you—emotionally, physically, and relationally.

Walk and Talk Beach Therapy

Join me on our beautiful coast for walk-and-talk therapy along the peaceful shores of Flagler Beach. This quiet stretch of coastline offers calming waves and stunning views, creating a natural setting for reflection and healing. Sessions last 50–55 minutes and take place outdoors, allowing us to combine movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic conversation.

We can try this approach once to see how it feels for you. If it’s a good fit, we can continue meeting on the beach regularly—or rotate between the shoreline, my office space, and Telehealth sessions, depending on your preference and the weather. Let’s create a space that supports your comfort, growth, and well-being.

New and returning clients can use the Client Portal link to request or schedule appointments directly with me. INSURANCE & SUPERBILLS

Presently, I accept a small number of insurances. Please reach out to your insurance provider to learn about your coverage. I strongly recommend out-of-network individuals contact their insurance to inquire about out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits and learn if these are included in your plan.
